I believe in quality engineering as both a practice and a science, with repeatable, observable, and quantifiable impact. This means clean, maintainable code; observable test runs; and metrics that align with business objectives, shifting the conversation from tests run to confidence gained.

Lean

The heart of my work is to enhance confidence and reduce risk. I hook into existing processes that already work for your team, clarify the intention behind those processes, and feed them the right inputs to achieve the desired outcomes.

I work directly with developers and product teams as they discover, implement, and iterate on feature work; building test cases, automating risk mitigation, and engineering testing tools that bake confidence into the SDLC from day one.
