I believe in quality engineering as a practice and science with repeatable, obervable and quantifiable impact. This means clean, maintainable code, observable test runs, and metrics that align with business objectives.

Lean

The heart of my work is to enhance confidence and reduce risk. I hook into existing processes that already work for your team, clarify the intention of the process, and feed that process the right input to get the desired output.

Collaborative

I work directly with developers and product as they’re discovering, implementing, and iterating on feature work to build test-cases, automate risk mitigation, and engineer testing tools to bake confidence into the SDLC.
